As a community of faith, the members and friends of Narellan Community Congregational Church (NCCC) are held together relationally. To encourage and equip our community, we choose to embrace the following values which express what is important to us. They describe both who we are and who we want to be. These statement are only indicative at this point; they are a work in progress.
A Culture of Apprenticeship
We engage, establish, equip and empower people as apprentices who are friends of Jesus.

We open our lives and hearts to one another by choosing relationship and creating space.

We choose to passionately celebrate God and people.

We pursue Jesus’ way of peace and seek to be agents of reconciliation as the opportunities arise.

We openly consider and pursue creative new ideas that contribute to our shared sense of mission.

We dedicate ourselves to natural, healthy growth and expansion while embracing intentional ongoing relationship.
